Analysis of Employee Performance in Developing Strategic Management Among Employees

Community Learning Centers (PKBM) are strategic institutions in non-formal education in Indonesia, playing an important role in providing access to education for people who are unable to complete formal education. This study analyzes employee performance at PKBM in relation to the development of effective management strategies. The primary focus is on evaluating the contributions of educational and administrative staff toward achieving organizational goals, developing employee competencies, and implementing relevant strategic management practices. The study also identifies challenges faced by PKBM, such as resource constraints, program management, and community relations. Through in-depth analysis, this research provides recommendations to enhance individual and organizational performance, including sustainable development strategies and resource optimization. These findings are expected to serve as a guide for PKBM in enhancing their contribution to the development of non-formal education in Indonesia.
