The copyright of every article on JITS (Journal of Informatics, Technology and Science) is fully held by the author under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.

1. The copyright of every article published in JITS (Journal of Informatics, Technology and Science) belongs to the author.
2. Authors retain all their rights to their published work, not limited to the rights set out on this page.
3. Authors are aware and acknowledge that JITS (Journal of Informatics, Technology and Science) is the first journal to publish under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.
4. Authors may submit articles separately, organising non-exclusive distribution of manuscripts that have been published in JITS (Journal of Informatics, Technology and Science) into other versions (e.g. sending to the author's institutional repository, publication into a book, etc.), stating that the manuscript has been published for the first time in JITS (Journal of Informatics, Technology and Science).
5. The author guarantees that the article is original, written by the author named in the article, has not been published before, does not contain unlawful statements, does not violate the rights of other parties, is subject to copyright exclusively held by the author.
6. If an article is co-authored by more than one author, each author submitting the manuscript warrants that he/she has been authorised by all authors to agree to copyright and licensing notices on their behalf, and agrees to inform the other authors of the terms of the applicable policies at JITS (Journal of Informatics, Technology and Science). JITS (Journal of Informatics, Technology and Science) has no responsibility for anything that may arise due to internal disputes among the authors listed by name in the article.
